It includes unique inventions made by ordinary Russians in a time when the soviet union was collapsing, often inspired by a lack of access to manufactured goods. This book shows nearly 200 idiosyncratic objects with functional qualities made for inside and outside the home, such as TV, ariel from unwanted forks, etc.
